TONY LEHMAN TO HANDLE CONSTRUCTION LITIGATION AT CLG!

Tony Lehman, formerly of DLA Piper, one of the worlds largest law firms, has joined CLG as of counsel.  Tony’s practice is focused in construction litigation and business litigation.  Among his many accomplishments, Tony and a team represented Heery International in litigation with the Dekalb County School System.  The School system sought $150 million in damages but settled for only $7 million.   Also, as co-lead counsel, Tony represented owners of the Westin Diplomat Hotel in Hollywood, FL. in suits against design professionals, architects, engineers and contractors for claims ranging from $150,000 to approximately $8 million.  Tony is past chair of the Atlanta Bar Association Construction Section.  At CLG, Tony looks forward to representing contractors trying to get paid for all of the work they perform.
