It was a big morning!  At the Monthly Litigation Section breakfast, we first congratulated our Section President and the newest United States District Court Judge, Leigh May, who was unanimously confirmed by the Senate, yesterday.  Congratulations, Judge May.

Then, Louis Cohan was honored to moderate a panel discussion on Consent Protective Orders.  Judge Wesley B. Tailor of the State Court of Fulton County and Judge William S. Duffey, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia  spoke and answered questions.  There were approximately 100 in attendance and everyone seemed to enjoy the discussion.  Many thanks to Judges Tailor and Duffey for their thoughts this morning.

Attorneys — Please consider attending next month’s Litigation Section breakfast meeting at Ansley Country Club at 7:30 am on 12/12/14.  Randy Kessler will be the speaker and the topic is Family Law for Non-Family Lawyers.   I promise it will be great.  For details, to join the Bar or to register for the Breakfast, go to www.atlantabar.org.
