Mike Dunham won an impressive judgment in the Superior Court of Hall County this week against a contractor who took advantage of a fixed-income retiree and installed a defective solar energy system at his home. Damages in the case included recovery of the money our client paid for the system (plus interest), the cost of replacing our client’s roof to repair the damage from removing the defective system, attorney’s fees, and substantial punitive damages to deter contractors from taking advantage of others in our client’s situation.
