The United States District Court in Atlanta awarded Plaintiff nearly all of the fees and costs he sought after winning his Americans With Disabilities Act Title III case.  The case is Gary Gaylor v. Greenbriar of Dahlonega Shopping Center, Inc., Case No. 2:12-CV-00082-RWS.  In a detailed 31 page Order, the Court applauded Gaylor’s attorneys, Ku & Mussman, P.A. of Miami, FL for the excellent results they obtained in the case.

Ku & Mussman hired Cohan as part of a team of experts to support the Fee Petition.  In its Order, the Court referenced Cohan’s “more than 20 years of experience in a number of litigation areas, including extensive experience litigating cases under federal statutes that provide for the award of attorneys’ fess to the prevailing party.”

Congratulations to Mr. Gaylor and his counsel on a superb effort.
