Its been a great week at CLG — and its only Tuesday!

Yesterday – We defeated the Banks’s confirmation of foreclosure sale.  On cross examination, the bank’s appraiser conceded that he made two mistakes and if corrected, his appraisal would have been higher.  The Court then dismissed the Petition since the bank did not sell the property for True Market Value.

Also, yesterday – the Plaintiff in an employment related restrictive covenant case unilaterally dismissed its complaint rather than respond to the discovery we propounded.

Today – We settled a construction case involving a sub contractor who did not get paid without having to file a lien or suit.  Our client received 90% of the amount owed.
