We have tried a case in Federal Court.
We tried a a week long arbitration.
We have formally mediated 3 large cases.
For completed cases, only:
The total amount litigated and/or recovered exceeds $18 million.
Plaintiff’s verdicts and settlements exceeded $3.2 million.
The amount we defended exceeded $12 million.
