Our client was formerly a groundskeeper at Cherokee Run Country Club.  One day the Club’s new owner noticed her trimming some bushes and declared “that’s not appropriate work for a woman.”  Shortly thereafter, our client was fired.  After a bench trial in Federal Court, our client was awarded $52,500.00 in damages.
