Biography

Daniel grew up in Tennessee and has lived in the Atlanta area with his family since 2017. Since being licensed as an attorney in 2007, Daniel gained extensive civil litigation experience representing companies and individuals in tort, construction, employment, and business litigation matters. He is currently licensed in Georgia, Tennessee, and Texas, admitted to all federal courts in Tennessee, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Daniel has helped obtain successful verdicts on behalf of clients in jury, bench, and arbitration proceedings.

Prior to his law practice, Daniel studied philosophy and comparative religion at the University of Tennessee (Knoxville) and taught as an adjunct instructor. He received his B.A., M.A., and J.D. from U.T. Knoxville and his M.Div. From Baylor University. In addition to being a Normandy Scholar, he is a former fellow of the Baptist Joint Committee for Religious Liberty and the Fellowships at Auschwitz for the Study of Professional Ethics. He has taught Pretrial Litigation and Contract Drafting as an adjunct instructor through the University of Tennessee College of Law.
